So, still no Thor fans have answered as to why they think the Thor comics and roleplay is respectful to the religion.
I really need to know. Otherwise it’s going to keep irritating me every time I see someone talking about Thor so flippantly.
Talk to Anshin. I think he’s… whatever the word for that religion is and a Thor fan. C:

For Thor.
Here’s how my night went last night.
There was a very small but very vicious line of storms moving through. So when it hit, it hit hard, even if it only lasted for about half an hour. I hardly saw any rain, but the lightening was astoundingly bright and the thunder was terrifyingly loud.
This started about 1:30 AM, about an hour after my girlfriend left to go home. I’d just gone...

I'm sitting here minding my own business.

I am hot and sweating and can’t do anything about it because the thermostat is turned as low as anyone else in the house can stand.
Out of nowhere, without the AC kicking on or a fan speed changing or doors opening or anything, a cool breeze passes through the room, and I’m fine. Which would make me glance around less except I had not two seconds before thought Loki’s...

skugganna answered your question: Dreaming of Thunder.
If you have a mac I can tell you how to do accents on that.
Nope, I have a PC. I’ve just got a page bookmarked so I can copy and paste symbols as I need them. It’s clunky, but it’s better than nothing.

Dreaming of Thunder.
Maybe it’s best that I actually consider Thor to be an option for one of my patrons, because I have been dreaming of thunder and lightening like nobody’s business lately. Not usually a motif in my dreams, so it’s odd that it would suddenly show up. (Usually, when I dream of storms, it’s more of the rain, not the thunder.)
At any rate, my efforts to speak with Loki have...

I made a pendant tonight.
I’ve been wanting a Mjolnir pendant since this all started, and since they’re all a little out of my price range (read: I’m broke), I made my own. It’s just something simple to wear. I put four runes on it; we’ll see if they’re the right ones as time goes on.

Heathen Gods
I’ve been reading up on the Old Gods a lot recently. They’re ones I’m already familiar with, but not in an intimate sense, nor do I know all of them very well. See, when I was very young, I used to be quite interested in Norse Mythology—in all sorts of mythology, really, but there was something about Asgard and Midgard and the Bifrost and Yggdrasil that all really appealed...
